Auditor GMP+ (premixtures).

Duties: implementation of quality managment system at 7 feed mills and 3 silos, development of documentation QMS (instructions and procedures), implementation of incoming and production control, working with complaints, creating of corrective and preventive actions, training of lab and production personell, internal audits, standartization of process, creating of specification for raw materials and finish goods, verifying of QMS.

Duties: maintenance of the QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 22000), planning and carrying out of internal audit, creating of corrective and preventive actions by results of internal and certification audits, complaints, participation in creating of traceability system, working with allergens, development of documents (procedures, instructions) in conformity with QMS, implementation of work instructions, running of food safety group (HACCP), verifying of QMS, working with complaints, KPI's, creating and carrying out of training for production and lab personnel, working with SAP (BOM), lead of production laboratory, attestation of the lab, purchasing and installation of lab equipment; implementation of control methods, support of new product development process from side of quality control, food safety, necessary documentations, legal information

Duties: running of food safety group (HACCP), hazard analysis, development of control measures, procedures, work instructions, implementation of HACCP on production area, internal audit, entering of specification in SAP system (BOM), certification of the goods, raw materials and materials, purchasing of laboratory equipment, preparation and attestation of the laboratory, controlling of work of laboratory, control laboratory documents; preparation of marking for part of packaging (legal information, calculation of nutritional information, working with regular information (GOST, Europian reglaments), consulate legalization of documents, (practice of cooperation with TEST-SPb, Rospotrebnadzor, Profident, Food Institute, Polimertest)
